Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, order processing may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and tracking link.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Order Tracking

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Coruvina is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update the address before the order is shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Coruvina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team and we will help investigate the shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse locations. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If the order has already been shipped, you may still request a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
