Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after the return period

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without contacting us first

Return Process

If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Provide photos of the product if the item is damaged or incorrect

  4. Wait for return approval and return instructions

  5. Ship the item back according to the instructions provided

Please do not send the item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time is usually 3–7 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund

  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

  4. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

  5. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us

Sometimes refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If the order has already been shipped, you may still request a return after receiving the item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
